At Revopoint 3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-precision scanning experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your 3D scanner and all original accessories, manuals, and cables in the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
